I. RECRUITMENT
In order for an un-guilded player to begin the recruitment process, interested player must have read over (and agree to) the required documents such as this guild charter, have downloaded all necessary add-ons, and submitted an application via the guild website under their main character's name. While the application is available to the public on the forums, guild members and officers can discuss in the private forums if there are any issues with this player joining to quickly curb any future incidents. If no substantial evidence is brought up, a guild officer may invite this player to join the guild as a trial member, referred to as a Recruit. This trial raid period can last anywhere from 2-4 weeks to evaluate the player's skill, experience, and attitude. Lastly, if all officers agree that this player is a good fit for the guild, they may be promoted to the Reserves. This process helps ensure all members of the guild are dedicated and fit well with the current roster of players.

II. GOALS
Afternoon Delight has set out to become a strong and friendly raiding environment for players on Zul'jin to progress through Blizzard's high-end content for World of Warcraft. To do this, players within the guild should make it their own personal goal to improve their skills and equipment so that they have the ability to contribute more-so to raid progression.

III. CONDUCT
Failure to comply with the code of conduct will be handled on a case by case basis, repeated failures to comply will result in dismissal.

A) All players should treat each other with respect. No verbal attacks in any in-game channel or internet forum to any player from the guild or outside the guild is permitted. Friendly banter and smart remarks are expected in a video game but when asked to stop, players must. This is one of the most important rules within Afternoon Delight, failure to comply is grounds for dismissal.
B) Afternoon Delight recruits only adult players, act like it, throwing a fit and leaving a raid will result in immediate dismissal from the guild. Players that feel they have been treated unfairly should have the maturity to take it up with an officer after the raid.
C) A guild of adult players means there will be some adult language. Swearing occasionally is okay, but unreasonably vulgar displays of profanity should be avoided. People have varying levels of tolerance for offensive language, if someone is asked to tone it down, tone it down. Sexual harassment, homophobia, racial or ethnic slurs will result in immediate dismissal.
D) It is important that members of Afternoon Delight listen to officers and/or raid leaders for instructions and/or advice. The vent server must remain quiet while raid leaders are speaking and all non-relevant discussion should remain off of Vent.

IV. LOOT POLICY
Loot Council is in use within Afternoon Delight. When an item drops during a 25 man raid, interested players send a tell to the Master Looter indicating they'd like to be considered for the item and include a link to the item they're currently using (for that spec/role). The Master Looter then informs the Council of the interested players. From there, a decision is made among the Council using their current item's quality and other factors such as their attendance, loot history, performance, etc. Should a decision not be reached or a tie between players arise, the Master Looter will request the respective players to do a /roll and distribute the loot to the highest roller. The system is very fair and serves well to contribute to the guild's success.

V. GUILD BANK
The Guild Bank is an asset to the roster that can help supplement raiding costs. Members are given an allowance of gold per day to help repair armor following raids. Because of these constant transactions, donations are welcome from members. BOE items that drop during scheduled raids are to be given to an officer to sell off in the Auction House, where the profit is put back into the guild bank. Items for crafting, consumables, etc may be put in the bank by any member for use by other members. However, we expect members to make their item withdrawals only for purposes of raiding and crafting items to be used on raids. Obviously recipes and rep items are there for everyone to use - just don't be greedy. If you find yourself withdrawing many items, making a deposit to the guild bank would be a reasonable suggestion. Players caught selling items/mats from the guild bank on AH will be dealt with.

VI. MAINS & ALTERNATES
Members are only allowed to change their Main character within the guild ONCE from the character that was used to apply with. We cannot support constant class changes requiring new gear for every alternate character. Members should also not have alternate characters in other Horde guilds on Zul'jin. This causes a conflict of interest between both guilds and can lead to abuse.

VII. OUTSIDE RAIDING
Afternoon Delight members should not be participating in PUGs (Pick-Up Groups) or other Guild runs whether it is with an alt or their main within 25 man content - if the instance is scheduled to be done by the guild during that reset period. Without members to participate in guild raids, Afternoon Delight would simply fall apart. Members must ensure they're available to use their raid ID for the guild when needed.
